This comprehensive survey assists in identifying personnel problems that you may need to address in your Continuity Plan. ======================= One of the many lessons businesses have learned from actual disasters is that key personnel may not be available within the time constraints established by the plan. Still others have found that key personnel were not available due to their being directly impacted by the disaster event or their having other commitments or problems that may or may not have been as a result of the disaster event. Another important lesson that many businesses have learned following an actual disaster is that many of the personnel required for recovery do not have reliable transportation to commute to/from the recovery center being used. This has adversely impacted their ability to get to work or to work the hours required for an effective recovery. This comprehensive survey assists in identifying many of the personnel problems that you may need to address in your Continuity Plan. ======================== CONTENTS Introduction Human Resources Availability Data Collection and Analysis Analysis Recovery Center Selection Planning and Cross-Training Maintaining the data Local Expectations Conclusion Business Continuity Plan - Associate Survey ====================== ABOUT THE AUTHOR EDMOND D.
