Based upon our experience with a wide range of business continuity and disaster recovery projects, we have developed a methodology which gives our clients an operational business continuity plan within as short a period as possible.

The diagram below outlines the full plan development methodology, which includes the development of a risk assessment, the assessment of alternate recovery strategies, testing and training procedures, plan maintenance procedures, as well as the plan itself.
