Total Integrated BCP Maintenance

In response to the needs of many clients, Binomial has developed a service called Total Integrated Maintenance (or TIM, for short). This service will ensure that your Business Continuity Plan is kept up-to-date adn your staff are trained in their responsibilities.

How TIM Works

TIM will automatically email each Team Leader the part of their plan for which they are responsible, allowing them to review and update their team's tasks. In addition, each Team Leader can review their team and determine if this is still the best team for the job (new employees may be better suited, old team members no longer avaiable, etc.) If not, the Team Leader can select new team members. The Team Leader will them be asked to review the requirements, assumptions, and dependencies of the plan. The plan will be updated to take into account the changes, and a new plan will be sent to your BCP coordinator, as well as being stored for backup purposes at Binomial.

TIM will also contact the person(s) deemed responsible for each of the key data items in the plan (personnel, softwrae, hardware, etc.) to ensure that the information in the plan is up-to-date.

TIM is more than a simple updating system; it will drive the process forward, ensuring that any changes in your company are reflected in your BCP. It will do this on a periodic (as often as needed) basis.
